What is the exchange policy at Zonoka? 

If you are unhappy with the product, you can get in touch with us within 7 days of the delivery provided it is unused.

– We will either replace it with another product of the same value or refund it in your bank account (Cash on Delivery Charges & Shipping Charges are non-refundable). All returns opted for full exchange will attract a processing fee of $5. After deducting the amount, the balance will be transferred to your provided bank account.

Note: We inspect each item before sending it out, ensuring you get the best from us.  

Can Zonoka arrange for the product to be picked up from my address? 

Yes, we do have reverse pick up facility. 

Will I have to pay for returning the products? 

Yes ,a nominal charge of  $15-20 will be charged. We will schedule a reverse pick up for receiving the product from you. 

I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed? 

We will schedule a reverse pick up for receiving the product from you & will reimburse the entire amount to you in the form of Zonoka voucher or you can also opt for bank account transfer by proving us necessary banking details. 

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out? 

Yes, you can cancel the order by mailing us at zonoka.info@gmail.com only if the order is not dispatched. Once dispatched from our office it will be difficult for us to cancel the order. 

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it? 

Yes, we will refund the amount to you once we verify the cancellation initiation from you(only if the package is not dispatched).
